Red dates & Black Dates drinks ♥♥♥

Yay!!!! Today lets talk about  Red&Black Dates with Rock Sugar drinks ^^

Its a simply traditional drinks that bring many many benefits to our body~~

especially for gal with weak body n unbalanced menstrual cycle like me **blushhh**

What u need is just as below~~

♥ Red Dates

♥ Black Dates

♥  Rock sugar

After wash da red dates and black dates~~ pour hot boil water in a thermos flask and add few cubes of rock sugar in so it will be nicer to drink ^^ i likey sweeet ♥♥♥

I don't think this apply to  Miss Lyan Huang @ Hulijing @ kucing miang cz she prefer natural taste of red dates and black dates~~ sometime, she treat those dates like snack n jus throw in his mouth n chew!! urghhh~~

my mummy giv me dis recipe~~but she ask me to boil it for few hours~~ however~~lazy me juss pour in hot boiling water in flask n leave it for 3 to 6 hours n drink it~~i think nt much dfrent bah~~                       

after few hours~~ it's ready to drink~~
