yday was my 2nd paper~~

CRM = suckss

its CRM a.k.a Customer Relationship Management paper

fuhhh~~~

da Qustions quiet direct . . .

but this doesn't meant that i know to do..

but dat main point is i not really know how to do it~~

i blank for high marks part~~

i don't think da Section A part answer is in the notes~~

5 approaches??? never saw dis subtitle before in topic covered~~

KDD??? what is dat about??~~

other databases i noe lah~~ KDD i didn' study before loh~~

maybe he  set da Q wrongly for us ~~

it's not impossible gah~~

coz he always so blur and not clear with what he lecturing!!!!

after that will be on 27th and 28th~~
